The company that i am working they do not have work for me(last week) but they have work for two black woman who's hired after me in my department they got a job to do but not for me and group leader and supervisor let me sweep the company ware house on Thursday and Friday (Discrimination) Lot's of metal powder i collected.i getting sick Saturday sore throat and fever

On the work sending home earlier

Monday start work 7:00 am and group leader told us (two person) not Enough work go home at the time was 7:15 Am 15 minute I worked , i stop in bathroom wash my hand other department supervisor was in .....he said seriously you going home,he not believe it because he is new,then i have to log out in computer and he was behind me he ask are you sure you going home/i said "yes' we don't have enough work in our department and he told me to wait and he talk to my supervisor and show it other metal part need to inspection and both talk each other then he came to me and said start this job and i stay whole day until shift end on work but one black lady left from my department before i log out 7:15 am she not show up yesterday(two day off ! ) today black lady got job and i got job too but one job i finish 11:30 and then i got lunch 12:10 end start work and i report to group leader my job end she walk to supervisor and come back i figure out look like i do not have any work she came to me and i thought she going to say go home or log out and is happen she told me you have to go home Nothing much Today work until 12:27 pm (half day)

new ware house work

my job supporter
who ever working for packing they need boxes I have to given boxes of different size for more hen 12 people nad they also need bubble plastic I have to make ,they need suit box if box ready then given to them otherwise I have to fold box, pass tow(plastic container) and put on matel rack on production packing area by date and they will take ire once they get lower fill up(new thing learn)pick up empty tow keep on cart collect from all 12 people who ever packing those all tow pass to other side and given tio man, also work large metal rack with four wheel move from backl area and given to person who had empty tow12-15-2014
work :
I have to do put away ,can barcode on box find location visit to isle and find rack location and open box scan location area and product barcode need to scan and put away
later on no work sweep floor and after lunch fix box
